Why it's different

It's called an agenda for a reason

There are plenty of planners built to manage tasks. This one treats relationship-building as real work, builds follow-up in, and recognizes that chamber work is cyclical, seasonal, and people-driven.

Part one

Mindset

Think like the CEO of your role. Decide what only you can do, and what to delegate, systemize, or release.

Part two

Relationships

Build trust before you need it. No-ask connection is scheduled, not left for "later."

Part three

Execution

A weekly rhythm that holds when the day goes sideways: Top 3, commitments, and follow-up that actually happens.

Inside every week

Plan on Sunday. Execute all week.

Each weekly page separates planning from doing. Set your priorities before the week starts, so Monday begins in motion instead of catch-up.

Beside every week is an Engagement Notes page for the conversations, context, and commitments that matter.

What's inside

A full year, built around how chambers really run

Use what you need. Some weeks lean on planning and follow-up; others on reflection and reset. It works on a calendar year or a July–June fiscal year.

Four times a year

12-Week Focus

Long enough to make progress, short enough to stay flexible. Set priorities, key relationships, and a capacity check for each focus period.

Every month

Focus & Priorities

Monthly focus, key priorities, and where growth and revenue may show up this month.

Every month

Sales & Growth Snapshot

Wins, challenges, and what to continue, adjust, or start next month. Growth is everyone's job.

Every month

Meetings & Follow-ups

Relationships are built in what happens after the meeting. Track who, what, and what's still owed.

Every month

Reflection & Reset

What worked, what didn't, what you're releasing, and where you let yourself disconnect.

Once a year

Intentional Time Away

Plan rest the way you plan priorities. Name your early signs of burnout and what "off" really looks like.

30in 30 days

Relationship before the ask

No pitch. No agenda. Just connection.

Each month, list 30 members, partners, or community stakeholders to check in with, with no ask attached. Done consistently, it strengthens trust, retention, and natural advocacy.

You probably won't reach all 30. That's not the point. It's training your mind to build the habit.

Book review

Required reading for anyone serious about the future of chambers of commerce.

"As a chamber professional, The Chamber Clarity Agenda is one of those rare reads that feels both validating and energizing. It clearly articulates many of the challenges chambers face today, relevance, member engagement, strategic focus, while offering a practical framework for moving forward with intention and confidence.

What sets this book apart is its emphasis on clarity. Rather than chasing trends or trying to be everything to everyone, it challenges chamber leaders to sharpen their mission, align their programs with real member value, and lead with purpose. The insights are grounded in real-world chamber experience, making the concepts immediately applicable whether you're a CEO, board member, or emerging leader in the chamber industry.

This book is not just inspirational, it's actionable. I found myself reflecting on our own priorities, asking better questions, and feeling re-energized about the role chambers play in strengthening communities and local economies. The Chamber Clarity Agenda should be required reading for anyone serious about the future of chambers of commerce."
